"Zip-a-dee-doo-dah! Zip-a-dee-a! My, oh, my, what a wonderful-ERMERGERD SHEEEEP!" -Me upon seeing sheep in pastures on the way to Julian, CA during the San Diego Yarn Crawl
It's the little things in life. I had a lot of fun last weekend with the San Diego Yarn Crawl. I'll write a more detailed post about it later this week.
It's good to be silly. How easy it is to get bogged down with everyday life. Oh, I have to do this thing for work. Oh, I have to do chores. Oh, I have to do this. Oh, I have to do that. I'm guilty of this, for sure. Right now, I feel like I live at work. All I do right now is eat, sleep and work, with some knitting thrown in there when I get the chance (which is every downtime moment at work, especially when it's slow, or if I'm at Dylan's trying to keep myself awake). It's so easy to complain about one thing or another and forget that it's okay to relax and slow down a little bit and get goofy.
